Water Glass

This quilt is the result of a class that I took with the Gold Beach Quilters Guild. The technique and block were taught in the class. I choose to use the Fossil Fern fabric line in this quilt. After finishing a few blocks I knew right away that I wanted my quilt to look like a stain glass window and that when the quilt took on a new look. The quilting pattern is a pantograph called “Splash”. I knew it was prefect for this quilt. I wanted the quilting to show so I quilted it with black thread. Hence the name of the quilt is “Water Glass”.
